TIMOTHY A. CUDD AWARD
The Timothy A. Cudd Award was established in 2013 in memory of Dr. Cudd. Dr. Cudd was a longtime member of the study group and was internationally recognized for his pioneering work in the FASD field. This award is presented to a graduate student, post-baccalaureate health professions student, or fellow (no more than 4 years past their terminal degree), who is a member of FASDSG, in recognition of the best submitted research abstract to the FASDSG annual meeting as judged by the review panel. One Award is presented each year at the annual FASDSG meeting. The Award includes a travel stipend and the recipient will deliver a 15 minute presentation at the meeting.

Carson (left) gave a presentation entitled "The relationship of parent emotion socialization, and behavior and emotion regulation in children with FASD".
Riley's (right) presentation was titled "Simultaneous Prenatal Alcohol And Cannabinoid (Sac) Exposure During The Second-Trimester-Equivalent In Mice Leads To Sex-Specific Behavioral Impairments In Adult Offspring".
